BEWI Productions, Inc. Mobile Ski & Snowboard Expo Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Mobile Ski & Snowboard Expo Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the contiguous U.S. who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of BEWI Productions, Inc., g8wave, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other person or entity involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families (parents, children or siblings, and spouses, whether or not the individual lives in the same household) and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and judge’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. TIMING: Sweepstakes begins 6:01 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") October 20, 2006 and ends at 8:01 PM EST November 19, 2006 (the "Promotion Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter no more than once within the Promotion Period.

Enter through Text Messaging: Send a text message during the Promotion Period one time only: text SNOW, WINTER or POWDER to 22122 by using your wireless 2-way, text messaging enabled and activated mobile phone. (Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.) Once you send the text message, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes and will receive a confirmation text message. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms in your Service Agreement with your carrier.

Subsequent entries in the same day from the same mobile phone will be disqualified.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an individual who entered through text messaging, the authorized account holder of the mobile phone used to register the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the mobile phone number by a U.S. wireless carrier. Entrants must have purchased a mobile phone and have service with a North American Wireless Carrier with access to wireless text messaging or the internet, as applicable, no less than (1) one day prior to first day of the Promotion Period. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.

Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: A random drawing to award the Grand Prize will be conducted by g8wave ("Sweepstakes Administrator") (whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes) on November 21, 2006 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will be notified via text immediately. Winner must show Sponsor the notification message. If a potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time period, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) set of ski (including skis, binding, and boots) or snowboard (including board, bindings, and boots) equipment from K2 Sports. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $750.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one prize per person. No cash alternative, substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Insurance, taxes, all costs, expenses and incidentals not mentioned above are the responsibility of winner.

7. GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). Potential winners may be required to sign and have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (and where legally permissible a Publicity Release) within seven (7) days of notification date or such winner will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner. If a winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian, who must also sign Affidavit/Release on his/her behalf. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning entry. Winners consent to use of their name and likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants hereby release, discharge and hold harmless BEWI Productions, Inc., g8wave, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, related entities, affiliates, agencies, employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, injuries, deaths, expenses or other liabilities, either at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prizes. All entrants and/or Winners agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of prizes. Sponsor is neither responsible for late, incomplete or illegible entries, text messages, or mail, nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems, transmission problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, in connection with any wireless transmission or any combination thereof. No mechanical reproduction of entries accepted. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges/text messaging fees incurred by it with any Internet Service Provider and or wireless carrier. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Sweepstakes and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to the expiration date of the Promotion Period, notice will be posted at sponsor web site. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action. Entries made by any other individual or entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and as such ruled ineligible for this Sweepstakes.

8. WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Official Winners List, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Mobile Ski & Snowboard Expo Sweepstakes Winner C/O, g8wave 126 Brookline Ave. Suite 201, Boston, MA 02215, by December 1, 2006.
