Requirements

  • Not all content is available on all phones. Select your carrier and phone model on the storefront Home page to ensure you can browse ringtones and images that will work on your phone.
  • Your phone MUST BE text- and Internet-enabled to download ringtones and images from this site. Note: Only Verizon subscribers are not required to have internet access. Unsure? Visit your phone or carrier support pages.
  • Pre-paid customer? Unfortunately this site does not support pre-paid subscribers at this time.
  • Have your phone ready to ensure you have the correct manufacturer and model number.

Carrier Billing

If applicable, charges will appear on your next carrier statement, indicating charges and the media bought. The actual line item will differ by carrier, but will indicate you have purchased content from "m-Qube Inc."

If applicable. charges will include the price of your download, taxes on your purchase, as well as any transport fees collected by your carrier for media transfers.

Note that your carrier may levy additional charges for the following:

  • Any airtime spent using your phone to activate an account in your cell phone's browser.
  • Any airtime spent browsing the store and/or making a purchase using your cell phone.
  • Any airtime spent to download content while on the cell phone.
  • Your carrier may also charge a "Transport Fee". This is a network charge in addition to the retail price listed for delivery of your ringtone or graphic. Please know that only the successful delivery of the media you select and purchase will have transport fees applied.
  • Other charges may apply.

NOTE: This site does not currently support downloadable content for pre-paid customers. Check back soon.

Download Procedure

Note that your carrier may levy additional charges for the following:

  1. A confirmation text message will be sent to your phone from shortcode 78000 within the next few minutes. It will notify you of the charge and ask you to confirm your purchase by replying "YES".
  2. Reply to the text message (to shortcode 78000 ) with "YES" in the message body. Do NOT include quote or apostrophe characters.

    Sprint Customers: Because we are a third-party content provider, you may receive an additional message stating "This is a non-trusted file. Sprint cannot guarantee." You simply need to accept/acknowledge this verification message as instructed in order to access the link and continue to download our content.
  3. You will then receive a second text message from shortcode 78000 that will include a link to the content you requested. Click on the link to download the content to your mobile phone. Please note that this message may arrive in your regular inbox OR a browser inbox, as it is a different type of message (WAP) and may look slightly different. Because every handset is unique, please be sure to pay careful attention to your phone's menu options when you open the link to ensure it is SAVED properly and in the correct location. Improperly saved files will not work and can affect other sound features on your phone.

    Downloads should be received anywhere from immediately to one and a half hours after purchase. If you experience a delay, please DO NOT reply YES again to the original text message. This will not shorten the delay and may cause you to be billed multiple times for the same content. Delays depend entirely on your carrier's network at the time of the download and where you live. If the delays exceed a few hours, you may want to check with your carrier to ensure its SMS network is working properly. If you still have not received your download within 24 hours and are sure your phone is text- and web-enabled, please contact us at help@g8wave.com
  4. Once the download is complete, the purchase will be charged to your wireless phone bill - so please remember to SAVE your content!
  5. You will receive a third text message from shortcode 78000 which will confirm that you have been billed.

Remember: It can take several minutes for ringtones and images to arrive.
